Most of us find out that after purchasing that long awaited Kindle or other book reader, or the new Nintendo DS that like our cell phones there are accessories that are a necessary part of that purchase that aren’t included in the package. A case of some type, extra batteries and most of all an lcd screen protector. On most of these devices the screen is the most important part of the whole device and it need s to be protected or the device will soon be rather worthless. Any device that is interactive needs protection, as a stylus, over time will leave scratches. The screen protector is usually a piece of vinyl that has been cut precisely to cover the screen and protect it from any damage. Quality and prices are different depending on what you buy, but even with the cheapest ones, anything is better than nothing. Some protectors can be removed and re-installed and for others it’s one and done. Take your time and try and avoid any bumps on your road to a clean installation.
